| WHY I LIKE CCYC... "My 3 sons practically grew up at CCYC. 2 of them became Christians there. I'm so thankful they had a place to have great Christian fun, friends, and instruction. It is the most beautiful place in the world and you can feel God every where on that mountain. I love how the week goes by and when it comes Thursday night everyone is crying at campfire not wanting to go home. I love that I gave my life to God there last year on July 16. I love how it doesn't need anything special to make it special. Yes the zip line and rope course will be fun, but without it CCYC will still my favorite place in the entire world. I love all of the friends and family that I have made there. My first year I didn't know too many people and they took me right in and made me feel so welcomed. They showed me love, and God, and family in ways I had never saw before. I love singing old songs at campfire and wishing the week will never end. But I hate that this will all come to end for me this summer. I hate that throughout the year I have nothing to forward to anymore. I hate that I know I wont be a camper anymore. But I do love to know that I may be able to help someone as a counselor as previous counselors did for me. CCYC is an amazing place that too many people take for granted.
